I can't connect C‑me to my smart device. How do I fix it?

There are a variety of reasons why C‑me won’t connect to your smart device:

  • Make sure Wi-Fi is activated on your smart device. go to the
  • Close any apps that may be running in the background and try again.
  • Restart C‑me ( How do I turn C‑me on/off? )
  • The power button located on the bottom side of C‑me
